What is Mongolian Bariyazasara (chiropractic)?
Mongolian Bariyazasara (bodywork) is a part of Mongolian traditional medicine. Mongolian bodywork is a healing bodywork technique that uses the power and wisdom of nature to improve immunity, regulate the flow of energy and blood, and restore balance to the body.
Mongolian Bariyazasara (chiropractic) uses the power of the hands and unique techniques to not only improve the flow of energy and blood, but also improve lymphatic flow and relieve stiffness and fatigue.
There are five types of treatment in Mongolian traditional medicine: Balyazasala (body therapy/massage), acupuncture, medicinal baths, medical therapy, hot and cold therapy.
Mongolian nomadic life involves dealing with animals, so in daily life, there are often injuries to bones, joints, muscles, tendons, contusions, fascia, ligaments, and nerves due to dislocations, bruises, and sprains. Mongolian traditional healing has a mysterious power, and various symptoms such as pain, numbness, paralysis, and swelling can be treated with medical bariyazasara (chiropractic) or massage. For example, symptoms such as concussion, intussusception, and uterine prolapse can be treated with traditional healing methods without the use of medicine, so that there are no aftereffects.
Mongolian Baryazasar (Seitai) is a traditional Mongolian body therapy that addresses the unique physical conditions of modern people—conditions caused by countless factors such as stress, irregular lifestyles, obesity, coldness, lack of exercise, unbalanced diets, constant exposure to air conditioning, and prolonged exposure to electromagnetic waves. After analyzing these conditions, this therapy aims not only to relieve pain in the shoulders, neck, and lower back or provide relaxation without relying on drugs or machines, but also to stimulate the body’s energy lines, improving the overall flow of Qi (energy), blood, and lymph. This process helps to relieve stiffness, pain, and physical fatigue, detect various physical imbalances, and ultimately serves as a form of preventative medicine.
